What kind of agreements have to be made before starting? After a first informal talk with the designer about what is expected he can make a description of the brief and an estimate of the budget. When this is agreed a detailled briefing, description and offer will follow with not only price but also general terms, conditions and copyright. Later the preliminary designs will be judged by this description of the briefing. The phases of the project start with preliminary designs and continue with variables until a definitive design is approved and the production can start. Towards realisation the client is asked for his signed approval therewith acknowledging his responsable function.
